Discription of Events: The driver cut in front of me in order to pass a slower driver in his lane, but because there wasn't enough space in front of me for him to safely change lanes I had to swerve to avoid hitting him. He probably didn't like that I honked so after changing lanes, he purposely slowed down to cut in front of me a second time only this time he was closer to causing an accident. As I swerved to the next lane, he again cut in front of me before speeding away upwards of 95-100mph. This was like a case of harassment and road rage, and I caught it all on my dashcam
