Discription of Events: Single cab long bed cat eye work truck with a blown out right tail light was shifting lanes aggressively without using blinkers. Due to his recklessness he almost swiped other vehichles and ended up in the same place for the most part. He would tailgate and flash his hi beams and honk at drivers that were actually driving the speed limit going North on the 101 West. He would drive at an excessive speed each time he had the opportunity.
