Discription of Events: Tons of damage around her vehicle. Filmed her backing into our car, then spoke with her. She was confrontational and aggressive, even though we told her not to worry because there wasnt any damage done. She yelled to call the police and was delusional about the situation. Every body panel of her car has damage from previous accidents.
