Discription of Events: I was driving home on the freeway going 65 mph and a person (woman I believe) was driving up my bumper and aggressively tried to pass me through the right lane, went back behind me, stayed about an inch of a distance away from my bumper and managed to nearly ram into the side of my car when passing. She proceeded to hug the bumper of another person in front of her until they moved. The driver then sped up about 90 mph and continued to pass people nearly hitting other vehicles along the way.
