Discription of Events: I was driving north on Locust St. When the driver of the Honda pulled out in front of me to cut me off.I was the last car in a line of cars so there was no need to pull out in front of my vehicle. Right after cutting me off, the driver of the Honda proceeded to slam on their brakes for no apparent reason, drive about another two feet then come to a complete stop in the middle of the road.I could see through their back windsheild that the driver was throwing their hand up in an angry manner(it looked as though they were holding a phone). Perhaps the driver of the Honda was on the phone and this was making them drive irratically. I had my baby in the car and the Honda drivers actions put us in danger with their irratic driving.
