Discription of Events: My son brought to my attention the car in front of us that a woman was hitting a child in her front seat while we were stopped at a red light. She then started hitting kids in the back seat, going back and forth with the kid in the front, I honked my horn to try to get her to stop. The light turned green and she continued to hit the kids while driving and swerving all the way. It was so bad the car driving in front of her pulled over. I got next to her and honked repeatedly, she still would not stop beating the kids. I called 911 and reported her.
