Discription of Events: This occured on a Saturday morning at around 8:00 AM on November 6th, 2021 in Everett along 19th Avenue. The driver was tailgating me, then changed to the left lane, and then tailgated another car in front of them, changed back to my lane and got in front of my car without signaling. Then the driver changed lane again to the left lane, then tailgated the car in front of them.
