Discription of Events: Driver stopped 50mph traffic behind him to wait to cross the double yellow lines into a coffee shop. The three cars behind him slammed their breaks. Lady directly behind him laid on the breaks. He got out of his car and screamed at her. He pulled into the parking lot and sped out to chase her down only to cut her off WAY too close. Scary driver.
