Discription of Events: We were stopped at a red light where right and left lanes merge into one on the other side of the road. There is a "Right lane must yield" sign. We were at the light first, when light turned green we proceeded forward, the Nissan rogue came flying up behind us, and tried to pass and go around us in the right lane before it merged. We were forced to slow down and break to let him through or there would have been a collision. When honking at him he brake checked us stopped the car in the middle of the road and got out and began moving toward us with threatening body language. We reversed and he got in his car and sped off.
