Discription of Events: Driver was speeding from behind me in the middle lane. I was riding a Vespa going north on 59th Avenue and just north of the intersection at Thunderbird road. The reckless driver proceeded to turn directly into me switching lanes, causing me to move quickly to the left to avoid collision, after honking at the driver, she proceeded to turn more into me and cut me off, I had to slow down and she either ignored it completely or didn't care. I assume she didn't care, she pulled directly behind a police officer in front of me. The police officer refused to pull her over at the next stop light despite me telling him what happened since he had his window rolled down. The driver was speeding in heavy traffic, turning into me at 45 mph, from behind me she had to have seen me and didn't care that she was directly parallel and turning into my lane. I was within 2 feet of her,she could have killed me.
