Discription of Events: This happened on Colby Avenue on Monday morning, June 3, 2024 at 8:20AM. Driver was behind me most of the time and seemed to be driving fine until the last car in front of me turned away. Driver then took the opportunity to change lane to the right of me and sped up to get ahead just to cut in front of me. Rather than slowing down and driving at the speed limit, the driver continued to go fast. As soon as we reached downtown Everett, driver almost hit a pedestrian who had 5 seconds left of crossing.
