Discription of Events: Driver repeatedly passing illegally on Issaquah hobart road on 1/9/2020 between 5 and 6 am. Driver was speeding and passing recklessly through already backed up traffic when it was unsafe to do so and in illegal passing areas. Also tailgating every driver until he had the slightest opportunity to pass when he shouldnt have been passing at all.
