Discription of Events: Caucasian guy in black Nissan sports car, loud and obnoxious as hell, a nuisance to others, zipping and accelerating up Waltham Street just after school ended while kids are walking and crossing roads. character seems to like revving his piece of junk to turn naive heads. Same character used to troll around the Lexington-WAltham-Arlington-Bedford areas with rhode island license plates so the character apparently hails from that dump.
