The giggling Hyena frequently has crony brats dangling alongside him in his junk-mobile enjoying fat smiles at the expense of peaceful students trying to study or sleep through a quiet night absent such hooligan's breach of the peace. Rogue hooligan had rhode island plates and changed 'em over to local plates, but looks like his stench character stuck cross-border.
