Discription of Events: He was tailgating me, changing lanes while not using signals, driving erratic moving all over the place. I honk at him. He then proceeds to get very angry and drives next to me “you wanna go tough guy?” After words are exchanged, he proceeds to hit my side mirror (luckily no damages) and drives off. I suspect he was impaired but I can’t make that claim. This guy desperately needs to be off the road!
