Discription of Events: On a merge overtook 3 cars on the shoulder going about 100mph, and caused a fender bender. Then as they were turning into the Bellagio subdivision, they cut across incoming traffic at full speed without stopping to look, causing multiple cars to run into the median to avoid a collision. They were a short white male, with their family in the car, all were on their phones.
