Discription of Events: The driver of this vehicle ran through 2 stop signs: in one instance he followed directly behind me (he was easily 2 or 3 feet from my bumper) as I went through the 4-way stop on my turn, we then came to another 4-way stop at which he moved into the left lane and went through the 4-way stop in the oncoming traffic lane (passing me and another drive who had stopped at the stop sign). I then caught back up to the vehicle at another 4-way stop that he ended up being forced to stop at. After he got through the intersection he moved into the left (oncoming) lane and stayed there passing a line of around 10 vehicles. I unfortunately was never taught the process for reporting these people and I was too late when I called the sheriffs office. ALWAYS CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY when you encounter drivers like this, the police have a significantly better chance of apprehending the driver.
