Discription of Events: Small black car, tailgating me today on 18 mile rd towards Lincoln lake rd, almost rear-ended me when I stopped due to a car turning left at an intersection in front of me. after they passed me, they sped way up to like 75-80mph on a 55mph road. It happened around 6pm, completely dark out and there was heavy snowfall. If only this loser hit a deer at the speed they were going. I hope you do soon, you deserve it.
