Discription of Events: Driver was SPEEDING 65plus in a 55mph zone and 65mph plus in a 25mph Residential Neighborhood Speed Zone and almost hit mortist and pedestrians or kids at play while engaged in unlawful activities. Possibly engaged in other unlawful activities also. This happens multiple times a day.
