Discription of Events: Driver was DRIVING very Dangerously, unsafe speeds through a Residential Neighborhood. Driver was SPEEDING 60mph plus in a 25mph Residential Zone. Driver ran through a Stop Sign almost hitting other motorist with Children in the vehicle putting their lives at risk of a major injury accident. Driver was driving very dangerously and recklessly endangering the public. Driver does this multiple times a day. This driver needs to loose their Drivers License. Driver should not be allowed to drive this was on any street or highway.
