Discription of Events: Driver is SPEEDING RECKLESS DRIVING, speeding 65mph in a 25mph Residential speed ZONE. Driver ran through 3 stop signs almost hitting other motorist. Driver is completely RECKLESS and Dangerous. Driver is observed multiple times a day up to 100 times a day commiting these acts. Driver is possibly running drugs back and forth making delivery. This idiot has her children in the vehicle also when this is occurring putting their lives at risk of a major injury accident.
