Discription of Events: Driver is SPEEDING RECKLESSLY through a Residential neighborhood, and blowing through multiple Stop Signs and FAILURE to Stop almost hitting traffic and other vehicles. Driver is seen DRIVING RECKLESSLY all the time. Driver is harassing other residents within a neighborhood that she does not Live in and this individual is becoming very aggressively annoying by flipping OFF multiple residents, visitors. Individual is acting very dangerous while driving yelling obscenities out at people. This person must have some sort of issues on why they are doing this and this needs to stop at once. This lady blowing through stop signs and yelling at people will not be tolerated. This individual is acting like they may be on something. Beware of this driver
