Discription of Events: Super young kid, not even sure he was old enough to have his license. Driving probably about 50-55 mph in a 35 (pedestrian heavy area) between Lake Lansing and Saginaw on North Harrison. In order to do so, he used the turning lane as his own personal fast-track. Anyone who knows the area knows youll never catch Saginaw green turning off left from Lake Lansing so the speeding was pointless. He continued to be reckless up Saginaw weaving traffic without signals, cutting people off, nearly running an SUV off the road at one point. I just wish I could reach out to his parents. Id hate for them to be on the line for any costly accidents he causes.
