Discription of Events: Just after the light turned green at a large, busy intersection (99 and 205th St SW), I saw this black Mercedes-Benz car speeding and passing us all from the far, right-hand turn lane. The weather conditions were very rainy even for Seattle, and yet this bad driver had to feel better to him/herself by breaking the law. His/her windows were too darkly tinted to tell if they were male or female. It's a shame Seattle has so many overly aggressive, and dumb rich drivers who can't follow logically good and sensible rules no matter how annoying it is to drive here. I mean...get into the right lane to turn right, not use it as a passing lane to budge in front of others on your left.
