Discription of Events: Nearly ran me over as a pedestrian by not looking at the sidewalk when pulling out of the parking lot. I just called out Hey! to try to get his attention, he cussed me out, and when I went to take a picture of his plate (since he escalated things) he got out of his truck and threatened me about 6 inches from my face.
