Discription of Events: I just on off Forest Acres exit off I-77 I put on my signal to get in far right lane to turn on intersection of Forest Acres and Percival. Driver in car proceed to speed up and almost side swipe my car to keep me from getting over. Then proceed to drive recklessly down road all the way up to Decker Blvd.
