Discription of Events: road rage. vehicle attempted to sideswipe a vehicle already in the continuing lane by coming up quickly on their right. when they had to merge behind that vehicle they kept accelerating like going to rear end the vehicle then passed them on the right using the berm. then at a stop light they attempted to back up into the vehicle behind them before speeding off.
