Discription of Events: I was traveling west on rte 16 3 miles outside of mercersburg pa and this guy passed me on a double yellow line as I pulled my dump truck out from Charleston rd. This blue jeep compass trailhawk driver slammed on his brakes and tried to make me hit him. Than as we traveled toward the Buchanan's birth place park this guy jumped out of his jeep and threatened my life.This guy screamed out of control arms flapping ears wiggle foaming at the mouth. Than he continued his rage to the little cove rd.mercersburg pa entrance and disappeared
