Discription of Events: I was attempting to park at the community market at 10635 Dorchester Rd., Summerville, SC and a white female who appeared to be in her late teen to twenties drove up behind me in a white Nissan Altima. I was in the process of backing up and she pulled up on my rear bumper. I waved her around, twice and she did not move. I started backing again in hope she would see my taillights and backup. I pulled up to reposition and she moved closer. I turned my car off and sat shortly. I got out to speak with her and she insisted that she wanted to go straight. I told her that I was in the process of parking when she drove up on me. She refused to move. I put my flashers on recorded her tag (M2B 976) and proceeded to walk towards the store. I looked back and she was aggressively driving across the parking lot and off the property. The time was around 3:30 pm on October 31, 2017
