Discription of Events: We had just turned left, into the left hand lane, minimal traffic Nissan speeding in a 45mph zone, cut us off by passing us on the right (2 lanes), no signal, after passing us then proceeded to suddenly go 15mph almost causing an accident for us but also multiple cars behind us, also opened his windows and gave us the middle finger
