Discription of Events: Last night at about 8:30 pm my 2 kids, my husband, my 2 dogs and I were crossing a street in our community in a cross walk. This guy was speeding through the neighborhood and almost hit us. My husband and I had to pull the kids out of the way. We yelled slow down because his car windows were down. He then proceeded to scream and curse at us and then revved his engine more and sped through the neighborhood so fas his car flew over a speed bump and he almost lost control and almost got the fence. This is my neighbor and I am a disabled Army veteran as well as my husband. Im afraid he’s going to kill someone by the way he drives and how angry he is. Kids ride around here on bikes. Everyone walks a lot here except him and his kids.
