Discription of Events: this driver was on a construction zone and has been speeding a few blocks back, there was a long line to cross on 40th and York, only one lane to keep straight and one to go right. she was on the right lane when she all the sudden jumped to my lane with out a directional light, i honked and she did a complete stop right in front of me and i almost hit her and the one behind me almost hit me. we crossed the light and she took off ready fast..
