Discription of Events: We were going straight at the light as it was our right of way to go, and this man in his Jeep proceeded to cut us off literally five feet in front of us, causing the driver to slam on her breaks and almost get into an accident. The driver in the Jeep laughs at us and holds up a peace sign and begins to try to push off on the side of the road as the two lanes merge, almost causing another accident as the two cars were about to hit each other merging into one lane.
