Discription of Events: The driver began by tailgating me on stony hill road when there were 4 other cars infront of me. The driver then decided it would be wise to attempt to pass me and 4 other vehicles in a middle, double-turn lane, around a bend. So, in the interest of not being involved in an accident, I decided to drive about half way into the middle lane and block his attempted passes. The driver got so mad he drove over the double yellow, into head-on traffic,then proceeded to cut back into the proper lane further up near the intersection of big oak and stony hill. So I decided to pull up along side his vehicle and get a picture of his license plate, when all of a sudden he cuts me off in the left turn lane and slams on his brakes. Finally, he gives me the new York salute and then decides to hold up traffic in the middle of an intersection, afterwards running a red light and proceeding to speed away recklessly weaving into head-on traffic.
