Discription of Events: Stalking a chauffeur and keeping up same pace with me on a two-lane Highway, then slowing for no reason when I ended up behind him so I managed to get around this distracting driver, and what does he do? Pulls into my lane right behind me and hits his high beams to blind me while I have passengers (including kids) on board putting us all in danger and knowing damn well who he was playing with. Good thing the passengers understood what was going on and this didn’t effect my tip. This wicked reckless driver should be off the road!
