Discription of Events: Was being tailgated and intimidated by aggressive driving so when I found a safe spot to let the vehicle pass by the passenger threw a large Styrofoam beverage through my driver's side window causing the cup and contents to burst all over the inside of my windshield and throughout the dashboard. In Edwardsville the same vehicle was parked so I took a pic of the truck and license plate.
