Discription of Events: This person was driving beside me then attempted to side swipe my car because the lanes were merging into one lane and they clearly didn’t want me to get over in front of them. The person then got in front of me and kept slamming on the brakes trying to make me run into the back the the car. The persons windshield was already cracked all the way across and maybe they were trying to get someone to take the blame for damage already done to the car. Every time I tried to get over in another lane after the one lane ended, the person would cut me off and get in front of me. When I would put on my turn signal they would put on the turn signal while in-front of me and turn the same way. They saw my phone up and figured I was recording then stopped slamming on the brakes. I saw no point in calling the police since I couldn’t get my phone out fast enough to start recording while the driver was in the act of trying to cause an accident.
