Discription of Events: We were waiting in road work and he decided to start merging into me, I honked my horn multiple times and he still continued to merge into me, so I started blaring on the horn and he still continued to merge into me like my car wasn’t even there. I had to swerve 2 lanes over so he didn’t hit me.
