Discription of Events: This idiot came off of the highway at Chippawa Pkwy driving recklessly. The speed limit is 80kms, she was on my bumper & constantly tailgating. This was going into the town. She, I think it was a she for it was a dope with long dyed blonde hair but for all I know it could have been a guy in drag given as it was tinted windows, then turned north on Stanley Ave by the factories. I did not speed to keep track of them, as got their license plate at the Stanley / Marineland Pwky lights, but she/he/it had to be going AT LEAST 90 to 100kms. IT WAS RAINING during this entire venture. AN accident looking to happen.
