Close to night time: 9:20pm, car is driving about 10-15 under speed limit, im trying to stay back as much as possible but like cmon, they then come to a complete stop and begin to exit vehicle, 2 people, 1 driver female probably 30s, and one passenger male probably late 30s maybe 40s. Passenger begins to try to initiate confrontation. Not letting such happen try to leave and they begin to go.

White Male in his 50's with short grey hair and black sunglasses tailgating down Rippon Blvd., Blackburn Road and Route 1 South. He was screaming in his car behind me at the light on Blackburn Road by the 7-11. He stuck his tongue out at me and put his fingers to his mouth and tongue in a sexual gesture - he was disgusting. He continually did it. I was scared and did not feel safe. He passed me in an unsafe manner getting really close to my car like he was going to hit me. This guy is nuts.

I was driving on Williams Highway in Grants Pass with my husband and children in the car. There was this guy in a white truck, following aggressively close while hauling a trailer on a busy road, so I slowed and allowed him to pass. He stayed close, nearly pushed us out of our lane, kept looking at me as he went by. A few stop lights later, we made eye contact and he made a finger gun, aimed it at me and gestured to shoot me.
He had short brown hair, Chevron mustache, seemed to be tall/lanky, white male.

Impatient at a car trying to park, this SUV driven by a middle aged white female floored the gas pedal to violently go around the car and sped down the residential street where kids are known to play regularly. From the display of contempt on her face, likely to endanger others in the future.

An out of state car accidentally cut him off, and he nearly ran me off the road trying to cut back in front of him to "get back." He seemed extremely unhinged. They both went onto the freeway (I-40 west at Tramway), and I hope nothing else happened after that.

A polite horn toot triggered this individual into a rage that lead to break checking at 60mph on hwy 167 and getting out of his vehical at the light after the exit in Sumner. After escaping that situation he followed and did a donut mid East Main street then aimed his car directly at mine. Then he saw I had a camera and that I was calling 911 and drove off. Complete psycho.
