This guy was driving recklessly through Cranston. Pulls into a parking lot, does donuts, and then speeds through the parking lot to the other end. His exhaust and muffler are so damn loud you can\'t hear your own thoughts. To top this off, his girlfriend was topless in the car you could clearly see full cleavage jiggling to the vibrations of the car and she was smiling laughing at her boyfriends actions. I have lost hope for this generation of young people makes me sick. Back in 70s when we wanted to be stupid we\'d go down to the ocean or river then jump in buck naked without a care. This Caucasian wannabe was driving through Providence with his girlfriend clearly jacking him off. I don't know if this guy realizes his windows aren't tinted enough. I was driving on Thurbers Ave when this morning listening to some Daft Punk when this driver and his girl came speeding by hitting the curb. These kids have no respect for public property.

This dude has no chill. He comes barreling down Thurbers Avenue like he owns the streets and cut off multiple drivers. His girlfriend flips all of us off and proceeded to throw her coffee at another car. She didn't look like she's flossed in a while. The guy then sped off after making a scene screaming out the window.

Crack fellow seems to be housed and residing in a house located on John Poulter Road, off of Winthrop Road, in Lexington, MA. He trolls up and down the streets including Bedford, MA, loud mouthing his complexed rhode island plate and exploding exhaust, even through school zones.

The fellow has been racing around neighborhoods all hours of the day and night including during school pickup times and drop-off times. This young person was distracted driving almost hitting a light pole. When she stopped the car at the red light, I saw she was completely nude from the waste down with one of those pink controlled vibrators sticking out of her flaps. I was driving with my wife and three children to get some ice cream. This driver was in front of us on the highway. I notice some people in the truck bed loudly panting and making noises WHILE THE CAR WAS IN MOTION. I was driving to Stop and Shop yesterday. I had to stop at this light that doesn't allow for right hand turns on red. This guy starts honking his horn so impatient and touching his nipples. As our two lanes turned into one lane I slowed down and began to merge in front of her vehicle because I was a bit ahead and had no cars in front of me. After my vehicle was in front of her vehicle She sped up really fast and cut in front of me because she refused to be in back of my car. She crossed me while I had my kids in the car and laughed as she passed my vehicle. I let her go because I’m not immature. It could’ve caused a very serious accident. I guess her ego got the best of her. This happened off of Mineral spring Ave in front of the high school.

Guy keeps prowling and racing around neighboring streets with a blaringly loud after-market exhaust, scaring children, the elderly, and families all around. Happened a couple weekends so far, from early afternoon to late at night.
