This guy was driving recklessly through Cranston. Pulls into a parking lot, does donuts, and then speeds through the parking lot to the other end. His exhaust and muffler are so damn loud you can\'t hear your own thoughts. To top this off, his girlfriend was topless in the car you could clearly see full cleavage jiggling to the vibrations of the car and she was smiling laughing at her boyfriends actions. I have lost hope for this generation of young people makes me sick. Back in 70s when we wanted to be stupid we\'d go down to the ocean or river then jump in buck naked without a care. This generation is going to get into some serious trouble with their driving.

Morning, night, in school zones, the demented character could care less as he speeds around with his loudmouth rhode island plate and lemon job vehicle risking others' lives, including that of school-going children, and disturbs the peace with rage and frustration.

The fellow has been racing around neighborhoods all hours of the day and night including during school pickup times and drop-off times.
