Illegally passed in an intersection resulting in blocking the intersection when she stopped in the middle.

When road was coming from a 4 lane road to a two lane the quickly swerved in front of us almost hitting us then tried to cut in front of someone else but to many cars were coming but they also couldn’t stay in the middle of the line swerving left to right side of the lane.
