Texting while driving, almost hit pedestrian

Overtook me as I was observing the STOP signs (people had crossed too!) in to the oncoming traffic lane so they could turn down to a car park line and get a closer spot! And there was someone backing out of that spot so they couldn’t have got it quicker anyway! There were LOADS of spots! They were simply impatient, didn’t care about stop signs or oncoming traffic, pedestrians or the fact that there is a line which is just courtesy. All for a quick visit in the store! SELFISH!! Swerving all over lanes and traffic to prevent me from switching lanes. Speeding up from behind me to get ahead and slow down. Trying to stop abruptly. Speeding very quickly in congested traffic.

Driver was swerving quite severely on 435 West (near Overland Park)... seemed reckless, possibly distracted.

Today on I-235, this skinny guy with short brown curly hair (I couldn\'t tell what race he was, he could\'ve been white, Latino, or mixed, IDK) who looked to be in his early to mid-20s was tailgating me and everyone else on the road, and he was definitely speeding because he was passing other people who were also speeding like they were standing still. I got in the right lane and let him pass me, and he looked at me with this snobby attitude that only pos pickup drivers seem to get. \"Power Wagon\" on a power trip. He eventually got in the right lane and got off at the Hutchinson/Valley Center exit. That\'s like the third time I\'ve seen some idiot tailgater get off at that exit in the last month. Something in the water over there? IDK but they need to calm down.

This was a skinny Black dude wearing a red hoodie (inside his own car), and he tailgated me from almost the time I got onto 235 from West St until he got off on exit 13 going to Valley Center. When he finally passed me, he pulled up alongside me and was looking at me and gesturing like he was saying something rude, but it was hard to tell. Plate could have been 4261ABR or 4561ABR instead of 4861ABR, but I\'m not sure. County tags were Sedgwick.

Passed driver in active construction Zone. Then proceeded to tailgate anyone in front of him.

Wide school bus was coming down the residential road, around the line of cars for pick up. Bus was already far enough down the road that it was clear there would not be room for another car, I yielded at the turn in to the school that the bus would be turning in to, White car behind that had just picked up their kids from school decided to overtake me. I beeped, they continued to overtake. Of course now they realized that there wasn’t enough room for another car on the road and decided to use a persons driveway to go around the bus that now had to slow down even more because they were impatient. Bad driver squeezing themselves on to the road and risking congestion, accidents and injuries by being impatient rather than simply waiting the 5 seconds it would have taken to yield.

Driving East on College Blvd, after just passing HWY 69 on College, he took handfuls of shredded paper and intentionally let it disperse out his window at least three times, once just as we just passed Indian Creek PKWY. He seemed to be trying to casually disperse the paper along the road, but it was quite obvious, though bizarre (I reviewed my dash cam video for confirmation).

Speeding 60 in a 40 weaving dangerously around cars and cutting them off. Quickly changed lanes with 0 blinkers

Driver was tailgating on exit ramp from 435 onto I70, then changed lanes multiple times worth and without signal. Culminated in intentionally swerving into my lane and braking so as to force me to brake or collide with his vehicle.
