While traveling approximately 55 mph on the highway, the driver in front of me appeared to become impatient with my speed and abruptly got in front of me and suddenly applied his brakes, brake-checking me. The driver appeared to be traveling at a higher rate of speed and seemed to be in a hurry. I was forced to brake suddenly to avoid a collision, causing an elderly woman driving behind me to nearly collide with the rear of my vehicle. I am submitting this report to document the incident and the potential safety risk posed to other motorists.

Driver, a blonde curly haired woman, ran a red light (jumped the gun before it turned green) then consequently nearly rear ended a driver turning from the intersecting lane in front of them. Driver got angry, honked, then floored it to the next stop point, which was a four-way stop intersection. The car they almost hit got there first and was moving to turn when this white truck ARN36D driver literally swerved the vehicle drift-style to horizontally block the car they almost hit before, making that car almost crash into them this time. The reckless woman then opened the window and screamed something, then sped off. Her speeding off was very swerv-y and unstable and she nearly crashed into a street sign and also nearly ended up speeding off into the wrong lane (a one-way in the wrong direction).

On October 21, 2026, around 1:25-1:40 PM, the driver of a black 2016 Audi A7, Texas plate VRS8840, purposely swerved into my lane and toward my car approximately three to four times in an apparent attempt to hit my vehicle while traveling eastbound on I-635/LBJ near Midway Rd.
He continued following and harassing my vehicle. My wife witnessed the incident, 911 was called while it was happening, and the vehicle information and location were provided to police. I also have photos of the driver, vehicle, and license plate.

Driver tailgated, attempt to pass despite oncoming traffic, repeatedly flash her high beams, and ride her horn at the stop sign all to later her find her parked at a Panera in a handicap spot with no hang tag or plates. When confronted about her driving and choice of parking spots she claimed “I’m handicapped!”

extremely aggressive for no reason, randomly cutting people off for the hell of it just to go back in to the empty lane he was in. cut across all 3 lanes multiple times and almost swerved into us trying to run us off the road. slammed on brakes to almost a complete stop with nobody infront of them multiple times, to us and others. continued aggressive driving like this while i was on the phone with FHP. looked like he was trying to commit insurance fraud on someone.
this was at 10:30 am on a normal day with basically no traffic and empty lanes all about.

Tailgated me for several miles on open highway, no traffic, then proceeded to pull up along the side of my car, beep his horn, and hold up both middle fingers while mouthing “fuck you” for a solid minute or so. Genuinely unsure of what I did to cause him such frustration except going the speed limit.

Swirled to my lane and when I honked to let her know. The lady with the dog started flipping me off and tried to hit my car with her car. If I hadn't stopped in time, she would have hit.

Driving on I5-N in Chula Vista. As I was passing a car, he tried to no blinker, enter my lane, and almost took me off the road. I honked to let him know I was there and finished driving by. 30 seconds later, he was racing up on me to drive next to me, hold out his middle finger, and use slurs towards me. I was trying to get around a vehicle that stopped on 16th Avenue SW at Williams Boulevard and waited for other oncoming vehicles. This white truck turned from Williams, likely without stopping, and my vehicle did not make any alert. I suddenly saw the truck when trying to get around the stopped vehicle and the woman honked at me. Later she sped up, honked one more time, gestured at me.

White male driver of Audi hatchback was aggressively chasing down my neighbor driving homes from Factoria. This driver would stop completely in the intersection and reverse when he overshot the cross street that my neighbor turned into to hide. He is unhinged. This man needs to go to jail.

Road rage and possible DUI.
White male driver aggressively coming up behind me and tailgating me very closely while I was on my motorcycle. I change lanes to let him go but he moves lanes after me to stay behind me and keep threatening me with his car. I end up moving over to the shoulder to let him go. He followed me into the shoulder and got very close to me until he close-call passed me.
He was screaming f you and seemed drunk.

I was on i5 Southbound before taking my exit for 78, I was safely lane splitting at a speed near 30-35mph while other vehicles were going about 20mph.
Gray Tesla Model 3 9HYT726 did not take well that I was safely lane splitting through traffic on my motorcycle (as is legal per California Vehicle Code).
After an empty pocket opened up in traffic, Gray Tesla 9HYT726 got behind me suddenly, carelessly cutting off another car in the process, then he accelerated brutally and got very close to the rear of my bike in a threatening manner while simultaneously making gestures that he would smash me with his hands. I eventually rode into the left shoulder to let him pass me and was able to take my exit. After he passed me he was slowing down further ahead as to wait for me, luckily I took my exit and he was not able to follow me anymore.
