We both ended up facing each other in a center turn lane (happens). He was traveling in the lane (illegal in California). But the issue is that he incited a road rage incident. He pulled into and blocked traffic (stopped in center of busy lane). Got out of his car. Came to my car door. I kept my window and door closed and locked. Verbally aggressive. Threatened me with violence. Wanted me to get out an fight. (I would not.) I told him I was calling the police. That got him to leave.
