I was driving in the carpool lane on I-680 S in Fremont when this guy switched lane between fast lane into carpool lane without signaling almost hitting me. He also crossed the double white line when switching lanes which is illegal. He also drove really slow at 60 mph where speed limit IS 65. The guy and his passenger drove towards San Jose on 2/11/19.
