Driving 30+ mph in a parking lot, waves me off ( I am trying to walk back to my car). Slams breaks at the stop at the end of the lane of parking. I wave my hand as like to wave him off. He proceeds to get upset and ask me “WHY” I said you’re speeding. He says “you better watch your car” mind you I’m a passenger with my elder aunt I don’t want any trouble just I was worried how fast he was going. He proceeds and go all the way around again to come past the car I’m at, I take a picture of his license & he does the same back. Made me worried for my aunt since he took a photo of her car when he was driving dangerously.
