Woman was speeding on a residential street. Proceeded to stop in the middle of the intersection and block a car in as it was slowly pulling out of their driveway. She continued yelling at the vicim and blocking their right-of-way with her car for about 1 minute, and then continued to speed within the neighborhood. Many pedestrian witnesses. She was reported to the LAPD as well.
