The Tesla driver observed my car in the lane next to the carpool lane on 880 south and still decided to merge in my lane. Upon thinking, he ignored it and almost hit my car. When I pulled next to him His excuse was that he didn't see me in his Tesla camera. He did not bother to look over his shoulder. He then continued to drive in an aggressive manner.
